Product Specifications:

	There are 10 fruits per case/35 cases per pallet.
	24 pallets per truckload.
	Each case has 25% 1.5 Kg, 50% 2 Kg. and 25% 2.5 Kg.
	Product has 15-17 day shelf life.
	Product shipped green from Mexico at 9 BRIX in temperature controlled environment.
	Product will have BRIX of 11 when delivered to U.S. destination and will have between 11 and 14 BRIX when mature.
	Product will be guaranteed to have less than 10% defects with only 1% non-saleable.
	Each piece will have a printed label and UPC symbol attached.
	Pricing is guaranteed year round. There are no price fluctuations other than fuel surcharges based on pricing.
	Product guaranteed to be available 12 months of the year as per the above specifications.

Billing Details:

1. We are the exclusive representative of this grower’s pineapples in North America.
2. All billing will be on a truckload basis.
3. All product will be paid for upon receipt via irrevocable revolving L.C.
4. Product will be sold on a first come first serve basis unless a long-term contract is negotiated.
5. Delivery time is three days from harvesting.
